Right to a Steward When do you need a union steward? Anytime you are being questioned by a supervisor and the conversation can result in discipline and anytime you go to internal affairs..

“If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I request that my union representative, officer, or steward bepresent at the meeting. Without representation, I choose not to answer any question.
